Day 3

Segara Anak Lake (2,001 masl) – Senaru Crater Rim (2,641 masl)

➖ Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Segara Anak Lake and prepare for the next ascent
➖ Free time at the natural hot spring and surrounding lake area
➖ Lunch at lake site
➖ Begin ascending to Senaru Crater Rim (2,641 masl) through a steep trail, approximately 2–3 hours trekking
➖ Arrive at Senaru Crater Rim, one of the best viewpoints overlooking Segara Anak Lake, Mount Rinjani, and the volcanic caldera
➖ Relax and enjoy the breathtaking scenery above the clouds

Note:
If you would like to enjoy the sunset at Sangkareang Peak, it is recommended to depart earlier from Segara Anak Lake and reach Senaru Rim campsite in the afternoon. This allows enough time for a sunset trek to the second summit.

Day 4

Second Summit Sangkareang (3,126 masl) – Senaru Village (Finish Trek)

➖ Early morning optional trek to Sangkareang Second Summit (3,126 masl) for a spectacular sunrise experience
➖ Enjoy panoramic views of Mount Rinjani, Lombok Island, and surrounding volcanic landscapes
➖ Return to campsite for breakfast
➖ Descend through dense tropical rainforest toward Senaru Village

Alternative Option:
If you prefer to hike Sangkareang Summit at sunrise, you may relax longer at Segara Anak Lake on Day 3 and depart to Senaru Crater Rim in the afternoon. This option offers a more relaxed trekking pace before the early morning summit hike.
